Through my internship with the School of Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University I was tasked with creating excitement leading up to the 2017 spring graduation. Using the school's social media I created a countdown leading up to the graduation ceremony. This allowed students to show their excitement leading up to the event as well as creating a hashtag the graduating class could use during the ceremony. The hashtag would be live streamed with their posts during the ceremony. The social media was a mix of still images and GIFs. The posts below showcased the Richmond local culture surrounding VCU and were seen across Twitter and Facebook.
